Our Extended Returns Window In addition to any legal rights that apply, Orelvain offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. This gives you additional time to request a return if you change your mind.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unused, and unworn condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be free from stains, odours, alterations, or customer-caused damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Non-Returnable Items All Orelvain products are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions above. If a specific product is non-returnable due to hygiene, personalisation, final sale, or another lawful reason, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

- The item(s) you wish to return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation from our team. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
- Return Shipping Costs Change of Mind Returns If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise required by law or expressly offered by Orelvain.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Orelvain is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
